Cancellation Policy
Sunless Glow by LA requires a valid credit card number (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) when booking an appointment. In the event of a no-show, your card will be charged 100% of the fee of your service for the lost appointment time.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance are subject to a fee of 50% of the service charge.
Sunless Glow by LA is a by-appointment only studio. Appointments are booked closely together, allowing me to accommodate as many clients as needed on a daily basis. Clients that are 15 minutes or more late for their appointments may be turned away and charged 50% of that service.
